How it Works

There are 4 Main Categories of Users

Tree Leaders
Branch Manager
Professionals
General Users

As Users work on trees they will be awarded experience points via a voting system. The best ideas will naturally work their way up in each branch by other users voting on which idea they think the group should concentrate on.

As an idea matures professionals in the group may start a collaborative document which outlines possible ways to solve the problem presented in a branch. Other users may also contribute to the document if they believe they have a found a way to solve the problem.

All users will eventually gain "Levels" which will allow them to distribute points into a skill tree. Rewards include: Allowed creation of more trees, allowed management of more branches, allowed more professions, leadership roles and other awards.

Tree Leaders (View Sample Level Chart)
Must be at least level 5

Can create a tree.
Resposible for recruitment of Professionals/Branch Managers for their tree.
Gains "Leader" points for participation in a tree they have created.
May periodically distibute experience points to Branch Managers, Professionals and General Users who have contributed to the tree.
Can create new branches for their tree.
Upvotes are worth X4 experience points towards a user's next level.

Branch Manager (View Sample Level Chart)
Must be at least level 3

Responsible for their Branch in the tree.
May recruit Professionals to their Branch.
Upvotes (Within your branch) are worth X3 experience points towards a user's next level.

Professionals (View Sample Level Chart)
Must be at least level 3 or verified

Can be assigned specific roles by the Tree Leader/Branch Manager in accordance with their professional experience.
Upvotes are worth X2 experience points towards a user's next level.

General User (View Sample Level Chart)

May contribute to all discussions.
Upvotes are worth X1 Experience point towards a user's next level.
